“Beginning with a certain amount of
chaos and energy to activate the
canvas, a dialogue is initiated. This
dialogue includes language/writing
and intuitive marks through the use
of various drawing media/tools,
which begins an original artwork
painting. Then splashes of paint and
gentle washes of color are added.

It is my intention to bring order,
balance and calm to the surface
by using multiple layers of pigment.
The original “chaotic” gestures from
the beginning dialogue on the canvas
can be seen peeking through; just
enough to create interest and mystery
and make it a completed original art for sale."
