Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details.

Please note that original artwork and made-to-order pieces may take a little extra time to prepare. If this applies to your order, we’ll reach out to you directly with an estimated shipping timeline.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we are happy to ship to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

We currently do not offer shipping to other international locations.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 10–21 business days

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Art by Juanita Bellavance is not responsible for charges imposed during or after shipping.


Damaged Orders

While we take great care in packaging your artwork, Art by Juanita Bellavance is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
