The river is wonderful because of the motion and sound of its flow. The riverbank holds its own intrigue with the interesting grass, sand, moss, sticks and other things. I love how there is a sandy yet raw path to walk next to the water so even the walk is interesting and fun. This painting seemed to just fall out of my brush effortlessly. It's so great when that happens. It surely does not always!
